Our rooms were new-fashioned and spotless with a Juliet balcony and a great view. the hotel is set in a very central area, right by the old bridge over the river Loire and the main attractions.

It's exactly what we were looking for.

The weather was very warm, had really nice stay. We loved the premium queen room which was great-sized with comfortable beds. The location was great and magnificent, for example, a Roman Catholic church was just a short walk away from the hotel...

Our room had a double and a single bed - absolutely super comfortable! The room was decorated in the French style and had a large, clean bathroom. The city location was spot on, no private parking but free overnight in nearby car park. Breakfast, the next day, was first class. English tea was super. Above all, the manager was helpfulness and friendliness personified. We loved it!

We had a spacious room with a good-sized bathroom, the location was excellent with a beautiful view, and it was conveniently close to a Roman Catholic church.

I was upgraded to a good-sized premium double room with a view. Fantastic and amazing location in the old town of Orleans, exceeded all expectations. - It was close to the center of town, the old center, and restaurants.

A clean and comfortable hotel with helpful and courteous staff. For us it was well located being close to the Loire a Velo route and to the city centre. The breakfast area is quite small but this is mitigated by the hotel giving guests the option to have breakfast in their rooms.

The central location of this place was fantastic.

It was very satisfactory excellent location and value for ,money I would go there again I cannot recommend it to anyone because ido not know anyone who goes to paris I live in the south west pacific a long way away

There is nothing to say there are posher hotels with more service but how much would they cost

It was close to the centre and the staff was great.

The staff was not always available and there was no telephone number in the room that I could call if I should need something. We run out of toilet paper in the middle of the night and there was no extra roll. I couldn't contact roomservice.

Location was very convenient.

The hotel was impersonal and the very small reception area wasn't available in the late evening, even though that was the only place where wifi worked. Functional and convenient but no more than that.

It was a reasonable hotel in the right place on our journey to the south of France.

A charming hotel with a great location and helpful service. Our room on the fourth floor was clean and comfortable, with a spacious shower room. The bed was cozy and the view of the medieval bell towers was quaint. We also appreciated the secure parking nearby at a reasonable rate. I highly recommend this hotel for a modest and enjoyable city break.

The receptioniste was pleasant and extremely helpful, even correcting some incorrect advice I had been given by thectourist information office and printing out and ex[laining it to me.
